Our Kale and Avocado Shake is a creamy, revitalizing, and unexpectedly decadent way to start the day. A cool, velvety sip that feels like wellness wrapped in pure joy is created when earthy kale, silky avocado, and a hint of tropical sweetness combine.

- Fresh kale, ripe Hass avocado, banana, green apple, almond milk, Medjool dates, lemon juice, fresh mint, chia seeds, spinach
Quick-Made Recipe
- Wash and roughly chop kale and spinach; peel and pit a perfectly ripe avocado and one frozen banana for natural creaminess.
- Add all greens, avocado, banana, diced green apple, pitted dates, a handful of mint leaves, and a squeeze of lemon to the blender.
- Pour in chilled almond milk and a tablespoon of soaked chia seeds; blend on high for 60–90 seconds until ultra-smooth and frothy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with extra date if needed, then pour into a chilled glass and garnish with mint.
