3. While hot, toss fries generously in a house-made peri peri seasoning mix of paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, lemon zest, and sea salt.
4. Adjust spice level to preference and finish with a sprinkle of finely chopped fresh parsley for color and freshness.
