- In a small pot, gently melt dark brown sugar and a touch of muscovado with a splash of water until it turns into thick, fragrant caramel syrup; keep warm.
- Brew strong black tea, strain, and cool slightly. Shake 100 ml brewed tea with 150 ml fresh milk, 30 ml heavy cream, and ice in a cocktail shaker until frothy.
